All images in Stream View should link to Image URL (just like in Grid View) #38

When a user clicks on a photo in Stream View, they should be taken to the Image URL page (both on User & Scout sides). Then it will be the same as in the Grid View when an image is selected.

BUG - In Scout Stream, after I click on an image, go to image view, then return to stream - the stream changes colors in the header/footer.
