Posted image doesn't show up in User or Scout view

After posting a photo, it doesn't show up in the User view right after posting. This should post immediately and be visible upon completion of post

Just to be clear...

When I post a photo, the app takes me to User Stream view (correctly). However, my recently posted image is not there.

Once an image is posted, the user should be taken to that image is User Stream view.
