Feature Request: Add Google ANGLE backend #567

Hi

Thanks for this cool library

It would be nice to add Google ANGLE backend to effekseer. It can take OpenGL ES (2/3) calls and convert them to OpenGL, OpenGL ES, DirectX, Vulkan, and Metal API calls which should work the same on all platforms including Android and iOS (iOS support is not ready yet but planned).

I'm sorry. I don't plan to implement Angle backend now. But I'm implementing classes to make change backends easily. If it is finished, you or others can implement it.
