CI: Check that all links on the website are valid #62

It would be nice to add something like lychee to check that all of the links on the website are valid: https://github.com/lycheeverse/lychee. It even has a GitHub Action that should be easy to integrate into our workflow: https://github.com/lycheeverse/lychee-action.
