Please tell me what does 'oneforty' mean.

"oneforty" refers to a string that is ready to be used as a status update on 
Twitter. It is a convenience parameter 
that is used for various places on topsy.com. It contains text with a shortened 
url. The name "oneforty" originates 
from the character limit used on Twitter.
