Add VS Code as a suggested editor #275

Figured I'd add VS Code as a suggestion, considering we'll be doing the same in the training deck.

In terms of the Git katas, I am happy to recommend VS Code. As a separate note I think if we are going to recommend something that needs a separate installation in the slidedecks, we probably want to have people install that when they install Git as part of the prep for the courses.3

Thanks! unsure if we over time should split this in for Windows and for Linuxen. I am not sure that the code configuration runs on Windows.
