Add restore kata #288

Adds a kata around git restore I intend to add to the 1-day training deck.

I haven't tested the PowerShell setup script yet. I can give it a shot on my home PC tonight.

Heyo, I pushed a commit fixing the title and resolved the request, not sure why it's still showing up as a requested change. If you're happy with the new title in 167f2d2, then feel free to merge it in.
