Phase shift #2

Is it possible that one phase shifts the approximant instead of the numerical waveform? Since that would leave numerical data untouched.

Currently it is hard coded so that it applies a phase shift the shortest waveform which is typically the numerical solution. I suppose it would be better to provide an option to shift either waveform you want to hybridize. Does phase shifting the numerical waveform cause a problem?
