6 years ago - ABC run output now organized
- Adapted parameter read-in to use eval(include(param.in))
- Inverse detection and simple Bayesian calculations now split
- Keir's plotting utilities are now under misc_utils
- Headers updated with 1 sentence descriptions of files
- Readme corrected
- Base code fixes for new DataFrames compatibility (still needs implementation of Missing type removal)
