Dockerfile doesn't build for S3FS_VERSION=v1.87 #5

A fix for this has been merged in the s3fs master, but that seem to have happened after the release. I guess that the only thing to do is to wait for a 1.88. I guess it should be possible to cherry pick the changes from the commit into the tree, just for that version. But that seems like a whole lot of work for little gain. I am closing since it is off our hands.

Just to let you know @danc that I have mentioned 1.87 in the README now. It is automatically skipped by the build hooks.
