Upgrade to Svelte 4, Format with 2 spaces #8

Building on https://github.com/efstajas/svelte-stepper/pull/5 to upgrade to Svelte V4, and setting the formatting to use 2 spaces instead of tabs. @wlockiv I actually realized while doing this that I had prettier configured to use tabs, that was a mistake on my part though, I usually very much prefer 2 spaces. So, apologies for the confusing request, and thanks a lot again for your great PR 🙌
