program doesn't wait for login banner to complete #30

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. establish an ssh session with redhat
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
"Command Line is starting up"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
on windows inside of netbeans and establishing an ssh connection with Redhat

Please provide any additional information below.
I want the program I put together to wait for the server to complete priting 
its login banner before excuitng a command. this time varies from one server to 
another
