Standardize ensembl components #33

Make SQLTable, SQLGraph and kin provide the ORDER BY etc. capabilities that
forced Jenny to write custom code for the Ensembl interface.

This has since been added but at present we've only got a test for using this 
feature in SQLGraph, not SQLTable. The latter must also be tested before we can 
mark 
this as closed.
