When I put Greek Characters to notedialog it returns "?????" (questionmarks) #2

When I Add a note to Order with UTF-8 characters then the dialog box returns 
question marks.

Thanks in advance for resolving the issue. I think it is something wrong with 
string "note" when the addtoorder method create buffer.
