Repeated insert leaves out spaces #80

Typing 5igo followed by space then Esc results in gogogogogo using the practice environment, whereas vim in the terminal gives go go go go go

Thanks for reporting. (Not sure if will fix, as this is on low maintenance mode. Actually I should update readme about it.)
