On stop, auto create backup #84

One of the things our server really needs is for the bot to create an auto backup on stop that is completed before it starts/restarts. With that, this bot would be perfect!

Hello. I made it manual because some servers are quite large enough for causing backup to go on for like straight half hour or more. I am not developing the bot actively at the moment but just adding the related label so it might be added in future.
