- an oci container based approach to distro distribution and creation
- batteries included -distro that is generally stable and pretty easy to use for non techy people (aside from the possible edges in the linux ecosystem and ux)
- one of the best Nvidia driver experiences I've had, with an option for the drivers shipping with the image
- shipping with builds for many DEs with vanilla configuration
- easily switch between images
- a toolkit for creating your own distro/image
Don't forget the coolnew aspects of immutable distros, like Distrobox containerized cli's. You can use Nix, too, though.
