Category Pages #3

Create index pages for categories to display posts or projects depending on the item accessed.

Projects is not possible as collection categories are not registered in site.categoreies, I don't have any plans on adding category support to collections so this feature is not being added.

Octopress paginate runs prior to any generator regardless of priority flag, while i can generate category pages via a plugin and the index will paginate the additional pages will not be created.

I tried multiple pagination plugins and modifying octopress pagination, nothing works for paginating a page that is generated from another generator. I found a source that created a category index and paginated it was written for jekyll 2.0 and not fully compatible, my knowledge of ruby is lacking so I don't have the time to find the error.
