It seems like the thumbnail generated for videos is not stored correctly.

It looks like we should by default be storing the thumbnails at /content/media/thumbnail/

I've been digging into how these adapters work a bit trying to chase down some other problems I have with it. But thought I'd share this tidbit in case it's helpful.
