TODO:

[x] Check if the locale parameter can be injected into the CKEditorRender service in a compiler pass.
[x] Resolve rest of the depreciations.
[x] Figure out if SensioDistributionBundle can be replaced, since it is blocking some of the Symfony's componets from being upgraded to version 4.x.
[x] Figure out why a test is skipped on --prefer-lowest

It seems that @egeloen Does not have any public commits since last year :( Is there anyone else who can merge it?

@szymach Has aswell sf4-fsi branch with removed deps for egeloen/json-builder if You are sure that do not need it

I am closing this PR, since Friends of Symfony took up the maintaining of this bundle.
