Describe the bug When EGEOFFREY_CONFIG_FORCE_RELOAD is set, the timeout for clearing up the old configuration is 5 seconds which is not enough with a lot of configuration files

Version 1.0-57

To Reproduce With a lot of configuration files, monitor the broker and will notice the number of topics decreases but not reach zero
