Knowledge base links #12

Hi @egerber, As shown in #11, users are having problems downloading the knowledge base from Digital Ocean Spaces. So I re-uploaded the file to a LFS in HuggingFace (https://huggingface.co/MartinoMensio/spaCy-entity-linker/resolve/main/knowledge_base.tar.gz) and updated the pointers in the python file and the bash script.

Dear Martino,

I highly appreciate your dedication to this repository. As you may have noticed, I have been very inactive in the recent past. I had to deactivate the link to the Digital Ocean Space because it had suddenly got many requests and it cost me ~100€ in a single month. As I am currently working on building a business, I was too busy to move the files to a different provider, and make any updates to the repo. If you like, you can take ownership of the repository and add the changes to the download link etc. I sent you an invite on GitHub. Also, for updating the pip version, I could add you on pypi as an admin (I would only need your pypi username in that case). Of course, this is just an offer, let me know what you think. Otherwise, I will do this once I find the time. Many thanks already for uploading the files.
