phpdoc: update/correct references #27

Makes working with IDEs more pleasant

Some of the references needed a leading \, some were wrong.

No functional change, just more pleasant with proper autocomplete, etc.

This is great. Appears there are some conflicts though, could you have a look?

@egeriis I fixed the conflicts and force pushed the branch, should be good to go!
