Term Gene Graph colours opposite to term visualisations

Hi there,

Great package. I noticed that the up and down regulated gene colours for the out out of term_gene_path() is opposite to the visualisations produced by run_pathfindR(). i.e. up is green and down is red in term-gene graph but up is red and down is green in visualisations. I wonder if this should be the same for continuity.

Hey, Thanks for the suggestion. The next commit will address this issue and make up-greeen and down-red for all visualizations.
