Change for Foundry V12 compatibility

upgrade maximum version in system.json
change the way to roll the dices in chat-contest.mjs (https://github.com/foundryvtt/foundryvtt/issues/8573)
several minor modifications to follow F12 console recommendations and be compatible with future versions of Foundry

Warning: the change in chat-contest.mjs line 58: chatMessage.user.id replaced by chatMessage.author.id is only compatible with v12, not with v11
