Big shiny header illustration for the new homepage

Themes: badass, bite-sized, senior level, developer, retention, more money, more knowledge, open-source, community, levelling up skills, invest in your future

Needs to be flexible / adaptable to different audiences – eg. react fans, angular people, general senior devs. Some kind of modular illustration where logos can swap around.

Couple draft ideas. Looking at compositions with interchangeable compositions so we can customise for each user.
