Convert Start into Theme #13

This is the continuation of the work that was done in #8.

sets up a yarn workspace for gatsby-theme-egghead-blog and an example starter
updates path resolution to work as a Gatsby theme
adds a page creator so that the theme's pages are sourced
creates an example starter using the theme
moves demo content into the starter, and configures the theme to source it

Heres what I added:

move config/theme.js to the src directory so it can be overridden by theme consumer
move config/website.js to starter directory
- updated references to this config to use a StaticQuerys on site.siteMetaData

Heres the diff of my work.
