What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the URL from IRAN

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

    Forbidden
    Your client does not have permission to get URL /p/foe-project/ from this server.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.

One of the countries which this project is very useful is Iran but access is 
denied in Iran
