Update Wiki for Database Schema #13

This is tied into the scalability issue about storing files as diffs instead of raw data. We will probably have a major DB schema change so we need to remember to update the wiki for that.

i guess we can have both schemas and let the user decide which one to use instead of switching from on to the other

I will document all of it once we get our technical networks done. Until then it would not be efficient to write it all and rewrite if we have to change anything.
