Sometime a commit is skiped #31

In Hibernateorm, '051c192290d7a6461850e1a97f11673ae256d186' this commit was skipped and didn't get any parent entry in commit_family table which it should have. Commit_date is ' 2007-12-07 14:47:01-08'

Problem could be when parsing a commit, there is an exception, we caught it and just go on. So there could be an exception anywhere in the parseCommit

turned out this comes from the database codes, closed it now
