Update Diamond #445

Hi, Diamond seems to have fixed lots of bugs and implemented some nice upgrades. Please, can we have an update of the version used within eggnog-mapper?

Hi @BrunoKVI ,

Thank you very much for the suggestion. We will try to check it and upgrade as soon as possible. In the meanwhile, note that you can use the diamond version you want, given that such diamond version is compatible with the options and formats implemented in eggnog-mapper.
