Assign queries without DIAMOND hit to eggNOG groups using HMM #486

Dear developers,

I have observed that in the FAQs of the eggNOG-mapper available online, there is a proposal for v2.1 where it says "We are planning a new feature for eggNOG-mapper v2.1 where, optionally, queries without any DIAMOND hit can be assigned to eggNOG groups using HMM searches": https://github.com/eggnogdb/eggnog-mapper/wiki/FAQ---Frequently-Asked-Questions#why-cant-i-choose-hmmer-search-mode-in-version-20

However, I have checked the documentation of the standalone versions v2.1.5-v2.1.12 and I cannot find the option, is it because it was not developed yet or because I am a bit distracted and have missed it?
