Different Results for RNAlien between Server and Standalone Version #12

Hello Florian, unfortunately, I have to bug you once again... I applied RNAlien on the following Sequence:

When I now look at the results from standalone version of RNAlien I get only this sequence. This is the result from the result.fa.

However when I execute it on the server. I get much more results. Why is that? I mean the results would make sense if its only the result from the first iteration which indeed is only Salmonella.
