When I add any of these lookup engines to my copy of Zotero, no lookup engines (even the default ones) appear in the lookup engine menu. I tested this by changing "_urlTemplate": to "" in an engines.json file that contained only the default engines, and this also removed all engines from the lookup engines menu.
