Make profiles selectable, launch selected profiles #2

A hotkey (Perhaps Ctrl+LMB, or just click to select or deselect), different profiles. Launch button launches selected.

Fixed some issues on windows and added the functionality to select multiple profiles on click.

PR just has to be tested on Linux and Mac before merging into main.
