Add Affricates #3

Affricates are tough to deal with because they're represented as several characters in the IPA. There is already a category for them in Kondrak's model - they just need to be processed as affricates.

The current solution for affricates, as of 7/14/23 is to eliminate the arc and treat it as two phonemes.
