My first uneducated guess is that this is related to g00's rendering issue earlier. My second (and after a search, more probable guess) is that the issue is on my end where the underlying libraries render it statically for some reason.
It looks like LB uses a feature no other game I have uses. #MOUSE_CUROSR.XXX.CONT can be something other than one. (Clannad and Tomoyo After have these set to one; the cursors are static.)
