Add support for Russian Planetarian patch #62

This patch uses modded RealLive, with support for:

automatic word-wrapping (not with \n codes in the script)
proportional and non-japanese fonts (auto-converts SJIS to UTF16 for displaying the text properly) The patch is compatible with PE, ME and Steam versions. It uses Shift-JIS encoding for text (since Russian subset is entirely present within the boundaries of SJIS).

Currently rlvm is unable to display the text of it properly, because it renders Russian as fullwidth and with no word-wrapping. Mind fixing this?
