Load all markers from user-editable config file #15

I've often gotten requests for Auto Map Markers to be compatible with other overhaul mods, such as Wildcraft. One way to make this easier would be to load all marker data from a config file that could be edited by users. Then someone without coding knowledge could create add-on config files for other mods (or make other changes).

It would be a nice future enhancement to switch to such an infrastructure. Would require a scrolling UI most likely to accommodate a more arbitrary number of options.

Had a few other folks also request this for Geology Additions. That would probably be a good candidate for testing this new feature when I get around to it.
