Can't "Open With" on Ubuntu 20.04 #169

Thanks for this cute Markdown editor with lots of great features.

With EME 0.15.1 on Ubuntu 20.04, I can't launch EME with a file open, either from the file browser or from the CLI.

The Launcher entry for EME looks right: Exec=/opt/EME/eme %U and EME appears in the Open With... menu in the file browser.

After selecting a file in the file browser and choosing Open With... EME, the application itself opens correctly but does not load the file.

The same problem occurs if starting EME from the command line: eme myfile.md opens EME successfully, but not the file.
