"When" column in paths view needs to show date for older visits

The "when" column in paths view currently shows only a time in "hh:mm"
format. This makes it difficult to identify which visits took place today
and which took place on previous days.

It would be nice if for older visits a date/day string could be added,
e.g., "hh:mm, ddd" or "hh:mm, dd/mm/yy". That way the progression through
time is easier to analyse.
