FEATURE REQUEST: discount own visits by cookie. #66

Can you design it so that rather than ignore visits by ip, (I have dynamically 
changing ip) slimstat could have an ignoe my visits option on the slimstat page 
that leaves a cookie that causes visits to be ignored?

SlimStat ignores hits from users who are logged in:
