Auto installer script #3

Heyo,

I've had to manually fix this several times in the last few months so I figured I would create a 1-liner script that performs all of the steps in the readme automatically.

It would be cool if the script removed the cloned repo after it was done doing its thing. Do you have cycles to add that @jakedahn ?

4 will remove the repo at the end of the script.
