Some way to mark blocks as reference #57

Some way to tag a block as a reference block. All reference blocks should show up on the book front matter page in a reference section. This can be done by adding #reference, which would be easy and clean, and show up clearly in history, but is not extensible. The other option is to set the first line of each block as JSON metadata. More complex, makes for uglier history, but more flexible.
