This PR edits the change log document to

These changes were inspired by the Keep A Changelog 1.0.0 initiative.

A question for the reviewer:

Do you think it would make the document better if the links for titles such as v0.11.0 were collected at the end of the whole document, or is it fine like it is now (links interspersed after each title)

Thank you for these PRs! I think it is fine to have the links interspersed, we don't have a very big changelog :)
