How to cite? #4

I've used the code to perform in-sillico MLVA analysis and it worked great. Happy to cite you in my paper (currently working on it). Do you have any paper that you require to cite or do you prefer to link to the git-hub repository? The contact link under the Contact section is not working, therefore I opened an issue. I would appreciate it if you provide me with a full-formated citation.

I would also like to cite this in a paper. For the moment I am just including the github repo as a link but I think there are better ways to do this (eg. the author can create a DOI).
