we PR'd manubot to have nice syntax for making citations via Bioregistry code and the resolver. maybe it's worth mentioning that this is another place where the citation machinery in markdown has been operationalized with CURIEs

This has not been merged in yet, right? I see two issues and an open PR.

you can see in https://chemical-roles.github.io/manuscript/ that it is already working. the updates you referenced are just some minor improvements
