CHEMINF currently imports Basic Formal Ontology (BFO) 1.1 via "<!ENTITY bfo "http://www.ifomis.org/bfo/1.1#" >" in multiple locations. BFO 2.0 has been released (https://github.com/bfo-ontology/BFO/wiki). Therefore, it would be useful to update CHEMINF to use the the BFO 2.0 release instead of the older 1.1.
