The online version of BFOConvert at http://ontobull.hegroup.org/bfoconvert was used. Each file in the ontology directory was run through BFOConvert with the default IRI Mapping file and the optional header cleanup file feature enabled. The output cheminf.owl was then opened in Stanford Protege Desktop for a cursory examination.

This change should address Issue #19

OK, last week I finally got time to study this, and made the upgrade. Thanks for you effort, which has greatly helped me get started.
