Action Item:

CHEMINF_000259 'disposition to form' is really the disposition of what forms 
the molecule (say), rather than the molecule itself.

Do you think something can be rescued from this term?  Or we should just 
obsolete it? It seems we'd have to at least change the label to something like 
'disposition to form a larger molecule by reacting' and make it inhere in 
'chemical entity'.  Maybe you can think of something more elegant as a label?
